After completing 30 successful years in Ohio’s public education system serving as an elementary principal, guidance counselor, high school and junior high school teacher, Cathy moved to Florida and joined Century 21 Sunbelt Realty, as a Licensed Florida Realtor in 2003 to the present.

Cathy’s experience in management, communication, and focused attention on specific needs of clients makes her a Realtor dedicated to working for you, the client. Her positive, enthusiastic, and honest approach will enable you to relax and enjoy your search for your new property and/or the sale of your home.  The last four years Cathy has successfully assisted sellers with the short sale of their homes and helped buyers purchase their new homes via a short sale. Cathy also brings with her personal experience in home building, home ownership, rentals, and the purchase and selling of homes, condominiums, and land. She has served as President and Treasurer of her past condo association, making her knowledgeable about the needs of her clients. She can also refer you or any of your family and friends, who are looking to buy or sell a home, to a Realtor anywhere in the world through the Century 21 network.

Cathy remains current in real estate information, practices, and trends through regular and timely professional development coursework. She has earned the following designations:
